The second Free Practice session provided the final opportunity for teams and drivers to fine-tune their setups ahead of the weekend's action, starting with qualifying, which will take place later this evening.

Indian US Racing driver Ary Bansal confirmed the pace he had already shown this morning by setting the fastest time in his group, the first to head out on track. His benchmark lap was 1’53.749. Also impressing was Britain's Emily Cotty, with the R-ace GP driver finishing second, just 0.044 seconds off the pace. Third place went to ACI Team Italia driver Iacopo Martinese, racing for PHM Racing, with a gap of 0.296.

Fourth was Oleksandr Savinkov of US Racing, 0.298 behind, followed by Californian Payton Westcott of R-ace GP at 0.661. Williams Driver Academy member Oleksandr Bondarev finished sixth, 0.703 adrift, ahead of Brazilian Pedro Lima of Van Amersfoort Racing in seventh at 1.005. Eighth place went to Vittorio Orsini of AKM Motorsport, who also represents ACI Team Italia, at 1.912.

Completing the top 10 were Emma Felbermayr of PHM Racing (2.749) and Ignacio Diaz, making his debut with Argentine squad Alpha 54 Racing, at 3.102.

As in the morning session, the fastest time of the day came in the second group, this time courtesy of Ludovico Busso of US Racing. The Italian driver stopped the clock at 1’52.968. Just 0.008 seconds behind was his Spanish-British teammate Edward Robinson, while Britain's Thomas Bearman completed the top three, only 0.034 off the pace. Fourth, once again by the slimmest of margins, was Arjen Kraling of US Racing, 0.087 behind.

Fifth was Mercedes Junior Team driver Kenzo Craigie of R-ace GP, at 0.267, ahead of Roman Kamyab of Prema Racing at 0.325. Swiss driver Levi Arn of Jenzer Motorsport finished seventh, 0.386 off the fastest time. Eighth was Finland's Luka Sammalisto of US Racing at 0.491. Rounding out the top 10 were Evan Michelini of AKM Motorsport (0.521) and Alexander Chartier of PHM Racing (0.649).

Attention now turns to qualifying, which gets underway later today, Friday, June 19. Session 1 will be on track from 5:10 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by Session 2 from 5:40 PM to 6:00 PM. Based on the results, the drivers will be split into three race groups, which will determine the grids for the first three races.

On Saturday, June 20, the Qualifying Races begin with Race 1 (Groups B-C) at 11:30 AM, followed by Race 2 (Groups A-B) at 5:30 PM. On Sunday, June 21, Race 3 (Groups A-C) will start at 9:30 AM.
